Hold Tite Folio Pattern - FREE Download

Thank you for the pattern to hold the Sew Tite magnets. I haven't had a chance to make it yet. I need more magnets first.

I am very pleased with the project. It stitched up nicely and is a prefect way to store SewTiles.

It a interesting and helpful tool, to use.

Extra lines of stitching along the "spine" are a good tip for other projects too.

Hi team I haven’t had time to make it yet as have had a ghastly virus going around the community. The selection the US shops offer is amazing but over the past year the postage has almost made it prohibited to send for things especially if it costs more than the product. I made two of the folios and they are a great idea. I discovered that the small round magnets are too strong for the folio to work they way it should (they 'jump'), but they work perfectly for the little purple rectangular sew tites. It is much easier to use them when they aren't all stuck together with my scissors and clips!

I'm brand new to EPP and attribute ease of learning to having the SewTites on hand. When I saw the pattern for the Folio I knew I needed to make one. The pattern is clearly written and easy for a beginner like myself to follow and complete! Thank you for a great product and free pattern!

I loved my Tula Pink hearts sewtites so much, I ordered the smaller dots and the big magnums. I'm using the dots on an EPP project, and I'll use the magnums when I make bags. I also made the folio from the free pattern - so cute and such an easy way to keep everything together!

Love the idea - have been unable to grab the pattern. I made up one of my own to be able to use - and love it!

The SewTites and the 'folio pattern are packed for the 4th of July week of trout fly fishing in Wyoming. I'll have used them and made their sleeping bag!....no fishing for me!

I love them....I am learning to do EPP (English Paper Piecing) and now I don't have to hang on the the pieces that I am hand sewing together so tightly.

I tried using the sew tires while cross stitching and they are just the right size to use and have a way of marking your place when changing thread colors. Also very convenient to hold my threaded needles because they are so strong the needles do not fall. I haven’t had a chance to try them out with my machine embroidery hoop yet but I’m sure they will help hold my material tight.

Love the sew tites for when I can not use pins or clips. I use them in bag making. I am going to be using then on the block of the month Queen of Diamonds by Pink Door Fabrics.

Your magnets are just what the doctor ordered! I was not enjoying EPP at all and was ready to give it up. Then I watched Tula Pink video and she used the magnet and talked about the difference. Well, if they are good enough for Tula then I must have them. They have changed everything and I am not working on my first project which I had put aside because I was frustrated. These are one of the greatest tools I've seen and used in the quilting wolrd!! (I've been quilting since I was 18; I'm almost 50) If you're wondering of they're worth the price, THEY ARE!

I love them. I have arthritic hands but that won’t stop me from using them. I manage to separate them but if that doesn’t work on a bad day hubby can do it for me.

The strongest magnets will work with quilted items too. I have used SewTites for vinyl and other sewing projects. Very handy to have on hand and they don't STAB your fingers! The SewTites brand is made in the USA by a small family-owned business. With great customer service. I purchased a package that they REPLACED because the packaging left goo all over the product, which was difficult to remove. They now use packaging that doesn’t use anything sticky, Ya! I made the Hold Tite Folio for my SewTites to keep near my sewing machine. Also, modified the pattern to make a smaller version to use when going to classes or traveling, so convenient. Highly recommend SewTites for all your sewing projects.

I love my collection of Sew Titles! I use them primarily when I am doing English Paper Piecing. However, the plastic tops are coming unglued!!! Now, this may not seem like a problem to simply re glue them, except that don't usually keep permanent glue her at home ... which means that I have to remember to purchase some when I am at the hardware store .... See my problem?? Thanks !!!!! I still love them!!!!

I do like the idea of using magnets instead of pins. However, I am having a difficult time controlling them because they are so strong. I think it's just a matter of practicing the placement of the back and the front some more. I do believe these will be great once I am able to more precisely place them.

These are a game changer!! Much more convenient than taping things in place; you don’t spend time removing tape that’s been caught up in your stitches. I’ve only used them once…wasn’t sure how strong the magnet was but it held tight thru 2 layers of vinyl plus 1 layer of WP canvas. Haven’t tried layers of felt yet…more to come. I’m really impressed! Why did I wait so long? A very content user.

I am finding more ways to use my magnetics. Today I used them for holding fabric together for machine piecing. The small round magnet I use on my embroidery projects for a needleminder.

This is what I used to get the adhesive off the Clearance tiles. Squirt on, used the top scraper to lift up the double sided adhesive strip. Cleaned up remaining bit of adhesive residue with Un-Du on paper towel. Done in no time at all. TY.

Nothing in the world is better than these and I made the cute little holder. Makes it easier to travel with them. I seldom pin anymore.

I'm using the SewTites in bag making to hold the multiple layers together especially when sewing in zippers and attaching binding. Much easier to use than pins and they don't bend or spoil the vinyl or leather like pins. I've been very pleased with the strength and how easy they make sewing cumbersome layers. I'm especially excited to get "The Watcher" SewTites which are skulls when they become available, cause, SKULLS!

I do Machine Embroidery and these are a game changer for me. Holds my fabrics tight and doesn’t shift with thicker fabrics that are difficult to hoop. Thank you.

It was the availability of the hardware kit that was the deciding factor to make the folio pattern for my Sewtites magnets. The hardware kit worked beautifully for thus pattern. I did make one modification: I sewed a circle of fold-over elastic to the spine of the folio. Then I can just pull the elastic around the folio to keep it closed.

I love the big ones to use on my frame.

I really like the sew tiles magnets, they work well for holding material in place while embroidery a design, for holding several pieces of material together to cut out a pattern (i.e maybe a mask pattern you can cut a few out at one time), I've even used them to hold paper together while doing an unrelated sewing project. I'm 77 so my hands are not what they used to be so the sewtites certainly help keep things in place.

I didn't have to make it because my girlfriend beat me to it and made one for both of us! Such a great idea for keeping the magnets together and then the pins and needles is a bonus

This Sewtite Folio is a great addition to my EPP go bag. I always know where my magnets are stored. I can even slide threaded needles and my small scissors inside for storage.

I love SewTites!! One of the things I use them for most is securing quilt blocks and quilts-in-progress to my design wall. As my quilts grow, they tend to become too heavy to stay up and I want to keep my kitties off them. SewTites are quite strong keep my blocks in place beautifully! Jessica and Jamie offer excellent customer service as well. They always do the right thing by their customers and go above and beyond.

I love these magnets and use them to hold my EPP projects while I sew. The Tula Pink hearts make it even more fun!

The Sew Tites are fabulous. I love using them on my EPP projects.

I find the sew tites so helpful when stitching EPP pieces. Unfortunately I suffer from very painful arthritis in my hands but the sew tites add weight to the pieces I'm sewing together which makes them much easier to hold on to. This decreases greatly the strain on painful joints. Thank you for such a useful product. PS mine are little pink Tula hearts, too cute!

These SewTites are the best when I am doing English paper piecing.

A first time user of SewTites, I ordered them to find that shipment would be delayed because of a manufacturing problem. I really appreciated SewTites efforts in resolving the problem before shipping future orders to customers, it spoke volumes to the company's expectation for product quality and pride in what they put into the market. Now I have my SewTites. So far I have used them in an English paper piecing project and they are AWESOME! The magnets are SUPER strong. I had no worries in my pieces staying together as I was flat-back sewing. Very happy with this product.

I love the different sizes of magnets, which then make them usable in most circumstances. So much handier than pins in most situations - whether for embroidery or sewing.
