I absolutely love these magnets. Before them I was using the snappers. They worked fine, but now that I found these magnets, I don't think I'll ever go back. I just finished a queen size quilt and loading was so much easier.

I bought these for my longarm frame to find a better way to put the backing on versus pinning. I constantly prick myself, and it took me a good 45 minutes to put on a lap-size backing. I sewed the base of the Magnum magnets into my leaders and used the magnets to attach my backing. It took less than half the time it normally takes me, plus no pricks in my fingers! Great investment.

I switched from red snappers to Sew Tites for my longarm and I love them. They are less bulky and it makes loading my longarm easy.

Love, love, love my Sew Tites!! I keep finding more uses for them! I use them on my longer and when I doing EPP.

I attached the metal backing pieces into the sleeves with a tagging gun - fast and easy, plus easy to move when I didn't like their positions. I find 6" to be the perfect spacing; closer would waste magnet length, and you can always move the backing (left/right) to the edge of its space to secure the corner/edge of a quilt. Had red snappers prior to this - too thick and got in the way of my 18" throat space. Pins prior to that caused me to bleed all over the quilts :/

I usually love new improved methods to use with my Gammill Longarm. However, this is not one of them. I have a Gammill and have been quilting for more than 30 years. B4 magnets I chain stitched my quilt to my leaders and was able to load and take them off the leaders in a "zip". I just did a queen size quilt and it was a struggle. They did hold the quilt on, but slipped on more than one occasion. I will be going back to my chain stitched leader method. Thank you for asking me.

My mom and I quilt together. My mom is 74, and pinning can sometimes be a physical pain and an annoyance. When I saw the Sewtites, I showed my mom and she exclaimed "get them!!!" We are hooked, literally! Love them, and they make loading the long arm so much easier and quicker!!

These are a wonderful system to eliminate all the straight pinning for the long arm. I have installed the magnum magnetics in all 3 leaders and they are working great. They are thin enough to not get in the way of rolling the large quilts onto the frame.

My Sew Tites are the answer to keeping my fingers clear of any blood that could get on my quilts. They are the best tool on the market in the last ten years. Do not know what I’d do without them.

I love this idea for loading quilt backing to my roll up bar. I will save up to purchase more for the other 2 bars on my longarm. Super happy how easy this was to load!!!

I found a great video to make side leaders with my blue material with the smaller magnetics to elimate having to pin the side leaders on too. Can’t wait to start quilting

I’m sure it will be great but I haven’t used them yet. I bought two longarm packs for my new longarm and sewed up the casings into the new leaders. I slid the magnet backs into the casings 6 inches apart and sewed the seam on each side to keep them in their place. There’s no reason why these won’t be the perfect choice. I’m so glad I didn’t buy more red snappers to fit the 12 ft frame. Yes, the magnets are extremely expensive and a lot harder to slide apart than it looked but certainly doable. I’ll have to buy some more (probably a five pack) to fill in a few gaps but then it’ll be completely installed. Yay

I’m fairly new to longarm quilting but learned very quickly that pinning was not for me. I struggled with the purchase price but realized after loading the first backing that the time savings was well worth it. I would recommend the Sew Tites Magnums to every longarmer!

Just started using Sew Tites on my longarm after a friend recommended them for easy loading of quilt backs. I took the plunge and bought 3 boxes. It was easy to sew them into my leaders, and a little trial & adjusting, I was able to load my first back! Yay! No more pins pricking my fingers and it turns it out, this method is much faster. I was concerned about large quilts ( I quilt a large number of queen and king quilts for customers), but they work just fine. I do take off the top magnet strips the extras on the shorter quilts so I don't have to fight with the magnets sticking to the frame in unwanted locations. I love them and will be trying the smaller magnets for my hand work items. Great product--worth the money!!

I finally got them installed on my Longarm and loaded my first quilt it was great and so fast.

You can use Sewtites with your longarm and embroidery hoops and also holding patterns or recipes to a metal book rack. Sizes for every need Awesome customer service!!!

Theses magnets are a must for longarm quilting as they cut a person's prep time in half not to mention no more stabbing from the basting pins!! A great investment to help with quilting.

This was my 4th box of SewTites Magnums and they are life-changing! I'm terrible at pinning, and I could never get those Red Snapper gizmos to go on straight without bowing. The SewTites are so simple to use...and they are very strong. I sewed the thin back pieces into the channels of my leaders, so now the loading of my backing and top is a snap to do. The price is well worth it...I highly recommend them!

It took a few quilts to get used to the new method of loading quilt backs, but after about 5, it was great. I'm always looking for more efficient ways to set up quilts, and this is by far the best!

Bought one box wasn't sure, hand quilt and it was so much easier to load than pining! Will be buying two more boxes later for all three rails! Great product to have!

They sure make it easier to load my quilts. you need 22 for a 12 ft frame. I got 3 sets I just use the top by using 8 inches on the leader instead of 6 inches. The extra magnets can be used on the other leaders for the backing leaders. I do a lot of King size quilts works for me sure beata pinning.

took a total of 71 magnum sewtites with my 12ft frame. All 3 bars now fitted. Made loading my quilt much easier no finger sticks.

Perfect for longarm quilting

These SewTite Magnums are next level wonderful. Longarm loading is so much faster and fuss free with them. I wanted to share my apron hack because it keeps the parts easy to separate and handle. I just sewed channels in an apron and load the SewTites as pictured. Thanks for a marvelous product.

I bought one set of 20 SewTite Magnums at the Houston Quilt Fest in Nov. as a “trial”. Sewed them into my leader cloth on the top only (only bought enough for the top bar). After loading my quilt and realizing how strong the magnets were and they actually held as advertised, I HAD to have a second set for the bottom of my quilt making time required loading a quilt the least of the job. They are easy to sew in once you get them apart and there are numerous videos on YouTube. I liked that they come in a lidded tin box keeping them together when not in use.

I do longarm quilting for other people. I have tried different ways for attaching the quilt to the frame and this is by far the best and the easiest way. It was an investment but well worth the cost. I highly recommend the sewtite magnums! My next purchase will be the sewtite cutting system!

Loved using the Sewtites magnets on my long arm. When I saw a video using the magnets instead of pins, I had to try it. They are soooo much easier and less painful, and they never get bent like pins do. I also love the idea of using the small ones to hold paper pieces together. Game changer for me!!!!! I have had Arthritis in my hand and it flares up using the red snappers in the past. I switched to the sewtites and absolutely love them. It is so much easier now for me to load my quilts. My hand already feels better not having to press on the snappers. I was hesitant about spending the money but it is already well worth the investment.

I am using them more and more each day on projects in my sewing room. I make Lovey blankets and they are so handy to hold the fabric together without shifting. I also use them in my quilt projects. Do have a warning on the bigger Sewtites be careful they do pinch but after using them so much you learn.

The price is a bit too high but I love the magnets

I tried cheaper knock-offs for six months but two different brands were both too thick as well as magnetic on both pieces so they kept sticking to the bars and made it difficult to roll the sandwich. I finally caved and tried enough to attach king size to the take-up bar.. HUGE DIFFERENCE in time savings as well as no bloody fingers. SssooooI caved again and bought another 20 sewtites for the bottom of the backing-“king size” . I have been using for over a month and LOVE THEM! I rotate quilts alot and these take me 20 minutes vs the 45 min to an hour to unpin, rotate, & repin. These are worth every penny!!!!!

Doesn’t work really well on my Little Foot frame with a big quilt. Haven’t tried the small quilt yet

I have been investigating options to attach my quilt to the frame for almost a year now. I didn’t even know about the magnets but a quilting friend had told me about them. She used the red snappers. I was also investing the zipper option. After all my research I decided to make the investment in the magnets and I’m SO glad I did. I sewed them into my leaders and have quilted two quilts since the installation. They are a big investment but I’m glad I invested in these instead of other options. You can find videos on YouTube on how to sew them into your leaders and attaching a quilt and the SewTite website has their own video and it is excellent. I highly recommend this option if you’re serious about your quilting.

This is the first time to use Sew Tites and it is much easier to get a tighter backing loaded that the long plastic strips we were using. Easy to adjust backing tightness if there are any loose areas to prevent lumping when stitching the quilt sandwich together. They hold tight the fabric and since they are thinner go under the idler bar without resistance or hanging up on the bar. Magnets are super strong and manage the backing in a taught state allowing for smoother quilting experience. I encourage anyone to try Sew Ties over the other methods of attaching the quilt backing to the long arm. Great product.

Used sew tite magnums for the first time and I LOVE them! I have spray basted and pinned many quilts over the years. It is time consuming and difficult to do. The sew tite magnums hold thick material with no problems at all! Worth every cent to be rid of the hassle of pinning and material adjustment mishaps. The time saved by using the sew tite magnums have literally cut my time for framing and quilting my quilts by about 2/3.

I have not had time to put them into my longarm yet, but I have used them for my regular machine for holding things in place for the time being until I finish with what I am working on right now. They are the greatest!
